Is my organisation obligated by the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme Regulations 2014?

Organisations that are required to take part in ESOS are any large UK undertaking that either:

  • Employs 250 or more people, or

  • Undertakings with an annual turnover above £44 million and an annual balance sheet total above £38 million.
